You get what's on the tin. It's a simple checkers game. There are customizable rules, like "jumps required" or "flying kings" You can also play with a person locally rather than a commie (computer player). There are three difficulties for PC. I imagine children would play on easy but I always play on hard as even then sometimes the commie with make mistakes (or less advantageous moves).

Very good game as far as I can tell, had a little wobbly to begin with though as I didn't know that flying kings and forced capture were standard rules in the international game - until I checked the Draughts Wikipedia page... (This misunderstanding is responsible for many erroneous poor ratings) Only snag I have found is that the custom gameplay option doesn't let you play with the larger board size. Also, could the rules clearly show when a standard location game is selected?

First thing i noticed when played was white gets to go first. In draughts the correct notation is that black always goes first. In addition black plays up the board a valuable help for those who number their boards: 4 3 2 1 from right to left. <----- up to square 64 <----- Hope this helps cos i wld like to use your app. Thnk u. Jim.
